4 sessions over 12 weeks
This session will entail a discussion over any issues you have with food and setting goals for your ideal weight. Hypnotherapy, visualisation techniques and NLP anchoring will all be covered in this session. You will receive a audio download to listen to each night to enforce the new healthier suggestions. You also will be provided with a diary, to keep notes in and information to help guide you through the programme. You will also be provided with a list of positive affirmations to choose from and repeat to yourself daily.
Will involve a check up on your progress so far. You will receive your second session of hypnosis and some aversion therapy to help you cut out the foods you struggle with the most, you will also be take through the process of meeting the surgeon and anaesthetist to prepare you for your virtual gastric band surgery. Following this treatment you will also receive more documentation to help you manage your weight.
This is the week of your virtual operation! You will be guided in to hypnosis and taken through the whole procedure of your virtual gastric band.
Approximately 3-6 weeks later you will come back for your final 4th session. For a virtual adjustment on your gastric band, you can either choose to do some aversion therapy on foods you may have struggled cutting out, some further NLP anchoring for future goals, or a final session of Hypnotherapy.
